Every Saysa order is personally packed and shipped from Montreal, Canada. Thank you for supporting our small brand, it means so much to be part of your wardrobe.

We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Please allow 7-14 for your order to be packed and dispatched. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping service. Carrier and customs delays may occasionally occur. If we’re unable to ship within our stated processing time, we’ll contact you with an update and any available cancellation or refund options.

U.S. orders

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. Unless explicitly included at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
